Southwater Ghyll CIO takes on it's first employee, a part-time Business Support Officer (BSO) to look after the day to day administration of the Ghyll including bookings and bookkeeping. 

The Ghyll is forced to close as the pandemic takes hold.

The CIO was formed and work begins to secure funding, plan essential work to get the facilities back to full operation again.
